Pros
This used to be a good company to work for but over the last 6 months things have gone down hill quickly. Ideal place to work if you are a masochist as you are most likely to experience verbal humiliation in front of the company
Cons
Promises before joining and throughout employment are given but never held. Anyone considering joining make sure that verbal promises are written into contract before signing. One example is working from home but there are many other examples as well. There is a culture of fear and blame if things go wrong. Morale in dev team is at an all-time low. Another developer has left and I wouldn't be surprised if most of the dev team leave by the end of the year. Staff treated like kids and shouted at. No annual reviews. Some people have had only one review in 3 years. Office AC doesn't work well. No blinds so can't see monitor during the Summer. Toilets don't flush. There is no full time office manager anymore so the MD is part time office manager hence nothing getting fixed.
