      Best team mates, CEO rewards staff very generously, great team/company nights out, busy work load and enjoyable. Allowed to find your own niche and run with it. No micro management, plenty of support from other teams/team mates if and when needed. Real sense of family within the company.

      Holiday time is statutory minimum, unreliable bonus structure
