Pros

They claimed that they had 60+ years of experience in life sciences and energy, and industrial manufacturing technologies. I liked that.

Cons

The leadership has made awful decisions recently. These arrogant people decided to restructure and invested tons of money in the business. Employees suffered due to their terrible decisions, as our bonuses and extra income sources were impacted. Please beware. It's been a mess recently. Avoid it.

Pros

Stellix is a fast-growing company where innovation and collaboration are not just buzzwords—they’re the daily reality. The leadership team is forward-thinking and genuinely committed to shaping the future of life sciences and advanced manufacturing. There’s an exciting energy here: big ideas, bold moves, and a willingness to experiment that makes work feel meaningful. The culture is supportive yet ambitious. People are encouraged to bring new perspectives to the table, and it’s clear that individual contributions have a direct impact. The new customer experience center and lab of the future are great examples of Stellix’s investment in staying ahead of the curve.

Cons

It’s a fast-paced environment—great if you like learning and building quickly, but it could feel intense if you’re not comfortable with change and agility.

Pros

Paid holidays, health savings account,401k, stocks.

Cons

We don't get our own territories so most account executives are fighting over territories and clients and it creates a huge chaos and hostile atmosphere! Cliques in the workplace also made things worse! Work culture here is really toxic!
