All correspondence involve parties has a great communication. 5. Safety on board and latest mandatory regulation crew and management 2006 in force

      Pros

      Long existence on market, a successful company; Diverse portfolio of activities, type of trades, multinational organisation.

      Cons

      In US (Houston) selection and retention of most managers (mainly US) are questionable. Most of them would not be able to cope with a fast face and professional environment that exists for ex. in more competitive shipping hubs, such as Singapore, HK, North Europe.
