Pros
Great team and good company to work with. Lovely building and always get a good parking space. Also train station a few minutes walk away. Really push development and NMG and lots of progression.
Cons
Flexibility, do not come and go on the 9 - 5 option. This can be hard with a young family. They do offer hybrid working, however you are unable to have selected days.
