The pay is far bellow market. A few key positions are so understaffed that the few people trying to keep it together are getting burnt out. The management doesn't really care about productivity and focus mainly on cost saving. Alot of the procedures are very out of date due to lack of competes in critical areas. The work culture is a bit cultish, in the sense that alot of people feel a strong devotion to Stena even if it comes at their own detriment.
