      Pros

      Learn a great deal, quickly due to the size of the company. The employees in Charleston, SC office were amazing to be with.

      Cons

      Owner made poor financial decisions and in the end lost most of the company's talented players. Owner also feels the need to argue with clients, staff and past employees too often for comfort.

      It is a start up. As with many startups, funding is tight.

      You can develop directly with emerging cloud technology The team at Step Ahead are good and honest people Flexible work hours, so you can work at your leisure

      No permanent office at the time of this review Some members are off shore, so it can be hard to communicate Marketing has not yet taken off at the time of this review
