Pros
The culture is one of growth, transparency, and teamwork. Leadership values the experience and opinions of their employees and encourages open communication. The company is not rigidly attached to its processes and procedures and is always open to suggestions and better ways of operating. Of all the companies that I have worked for, Step Forward ABA has the healthiest culture by far.
Cons
The company is growing and expanding, and experiencing some of the same growing pains that most companies do. It is building out and adapting to new processes in the spirit of efficiency and thoroughness. This can sometimes be difficult for some, but ultimately it's for the betterment of all.
