Pros

Autonomy for management Lack corporate beauracy Excellent training dept One or two strong directors - TS/JG

Cons

Business has someone that could be a good leader, if he could reign in his arrogance. HR is headed up the most under qualified person in the business. Applying supermarket initiatives to a skilled professional workforce. Bully culture Spend a lot of time 'intiating' ideas, weak on delivery No WFH Offices are basic at best Most of the staff are deeply unhappy but are forced to smile and lie on parade.

Cons

Micromanagement. Bullying culture. Low pay. Poor working conditions on site . Poor health and safety. No staff incentives. Bonus only paid to those with Manager in there job titles. Not trusted to work from home. Over worked. Long hours. Company car choice selection is low if you dont have Manager in your job title.
