They require employees to call in when sick so that they can hear if you actually sound sick. -Maternity leave is 6 weeks no matter what and no paternity leave. -Director of financial planning will listen for gossip to report to management and will also report when you come in or leave the office. You will get in trouble if you are even 10 minutes late or leave two minutes early. -Management goes through cycles of treating their employees well when turnover is high and then treats them horribly when not. -They communicate to the employees only when it paints them in a better light. The business as a whole is organized poorly. They only prioritize relationships with their clients and don’t care to know the employees. Lastly, they will blame their issues on prior employee taking zero accountability.
