      Pros

      Great place to kick start your career and get lots of experience. The owner of the company is very hands on, which can be a good or bad thing depending on your work style. Its a pro to me, because you got clear direction / instruction on needs goals for your accounts.

      Cons

      Older software systems, which can be hard to sell inventory.
