Mission driven company, impact driven, cares about teammates. Lots of growth potential.

Rapidly growing, so they need people to adapt quickly to change and innovation. Consistently need to be learning new things, which is great but not for everyone.

The product(s) are incredibly data-centric and have high-potential The back-end programmers know what they're doing.

Leadership consistently was paralyzed by a lack of ability to pivot with market changes, especially throughout COVID. Benefits (health, especially) were mediocre at best. Focused mostly on telemedicine solutions with no choice for a more comprehensive plan. Impossibly high medical deductibles. Lots of micromanagement, and I did not witness much employee empowerment to create success for the company. It may be a great fit for you, but it also may not be. Do your homework, and make sure it's the environment that's a great fit for you. Understand that as of the time I left (very recently), the tech guys (programmers, etc) will get priority and be treated very differently by co-founders than someone in marketing or sales. I hope this changes for the better by the time the next person gets hired, because they have a great product.
