The management will never be able to please everybody in a studio of this size, but they seem to make an effort. As long as you work hard, your work is usually rewarded with acknowledgement, and some slight freedoms.

Pay ranges are comparatively limited, despite working on the largest-budget projects in the field.

Full time employment with a decent benefits package. Major blockbuster releases flow through this company regularly. Unique technical infrastructure.
