Pros
The technology is really cool and innovative. The cardiology space is a big money maker as well, so the potential is there.
Cons
Employees are overworked because the company is understaffed. The CEO is personable and knowledgeable, but he should pass the torch at this point... the company needs new leadership and a hefty financial backing to get anywhere.
It should also be noted that isolation is common in this company. You rarely interact with other groups within the company and it's done on purpose. Management doesn't want you to see how bad it is across the board.
