Pros
Reputation of great but not really. In my short time there, I saw the good, the bad, and the ugly. The people in the field are great, not so much after that though.
Cons
Let's start with condoning harassment. When a female employee asks her Director and VP for help and they ignore her forcing her to decide to quit as her only option is not only illegal but disgraceful. Changing job titles to eliminate current employee positions only to replace them with different people doing the same job under a different title is anti loyal. When a 15-year employee steps down from a position he/she strived their whole career to get due to unwarranted stress effecting their life inside and outside of work is bad for all concerned. When your executives continue to make decisions that drive the value of the company down more than 50% in a 2-year period only to take action against those whose hard work (the employee) built this company and then giving it a fancy name for termination with a word like realignment is reason to warn to "stay away." When your employee base gives you a low 50's approval rating you have a problem and it's not communication.
