Nice people, and fun environment.

Overall, the people were nice, the managers were helpful and my boss was accommodating and understanding of my needs there.

Massive miscommunication problems. There were so many times when problems would arise due to miscommunication. My department in customer service was a mess at the time and I felt like I was in an escape room, not because of the claustrophobia nor because I felt trapped, I did not feel those things. But I say that because it felt like our department lead and my coworkers did not know what to do in specific situations all the time and I had to figure out my own way on what to do.
