For the mechanics the service section was pretty established

Service writers would pick and choose what mechanics got easy work and which ones got the work that no else wanted to do. They hired a dispatcher to avoid that issue, but the service manager would get in between them and take out good work orders and spoon feed his favorites, to which lead to the dispatcher quitting due to him not being able to do his job. A lot of the senior techs and service writers and the new manager all have it in their mind that they are not replacable and they have to get it specifically their way or they dont do it
