1. The company is not agile enough to take advantage of the market they are in. 2. It seems to live in the past as far as strategies are concerned. Especially in the applications space. 3. It's totally product driven, rather than being sales driven. 4. Having a CEO with no international experience and with no idea how to grow the company, does not help.
