If your just need a job they will hire anybody.

The owner is greedy, self centered and he’s a liar. The owner doesn’t care who he hires he thinks everyone is replaceable and dispensable . The owner doesn’t have a clue how to manage people his attitude is a direct reflection of how the business operates—it’s out of control. The supervisor and account managers they hire are incompetent and have little to no experience, they’re not qualified. They pay you less money than the contract requires them to pay to keep money in their own pockets. The owner does not address misconduct from account managers he lets them discriminate against good workers and doesn’t intervene . He hires people who are concerned with a title and not the responsibility. The pay is way too low for the expectations they have. They want you to work extra hours when they need you but don’t want to pay you over time.
