      Pros

      Great benefit. Medical coverage is good for the whole family. No restirct working hours as long as you put your 40 hour a week and get your work done.

      Cons

      Not the best management team in the world.,, Some play favors. Pay raise sucks. It is not by performance and not sure how they do it.
