Pros

Co-workers are very friendly, treated as part of the family. The teller training program was taught very well and easy to learn and understand.

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of. Maybe the fact that the work environment can be very slow and boring if you are not at one of the busier branches.

Pros

One of the main reasons I started working there was the balance they had in working with my school schedule. I was a college student and they were able to work around my classes. The people I worked with were decent and the senior management stayed behind the scenes, so that made it better

Cons

Over the past two years they've made large changes starting with going public on the NYSE on NASDAQ. They began to start to care only about business and not about employees. This was a prime example about a company that could've had supreme employee relations but failed miserably.
