Pros

WFH: you get a lot of work from home

Cons

If you’re considering joining Steyp, please take this as a warning from someone who’s been through it. The company looks polished from the outside — great words, motivational posts, and fake “innovation” talk — but inside, it’s a complete mess. Salary? Forget it. They’ll keep you waiting endlessly and feed you excuses. The money you’re owed is treated like a favor instead of your right. Career growth? Just empty designations. You’ll get fancy titles like “Lead” or “Manager,” but when you step into any genuine tech company, you’ll realize how far behind you actually are. Their so-called promotions are smokescreens to keep you quiet without paying you more. The work atmosphere is depressing — no clear structure, no leadership, and no sense of teamwork. Every decision depends on one person, and everyone else just follows blindly. Ask for a raise, and they’ll start nitpicking — late by a few minutes? That’s their excuse. Suddenly your effort, skills, and dedication mean nothing. You’ll soon notice that the only thing you truly learn here is how not to run a company. You’ll have to unlearn everything once you move to a real workplace. For students and freshers, please — do your research. Don’t waste your energy here. You’ll only end up demotivated, unpaid, and stuck. Check LinkedIn, talk to former employees, and you’ll hear the same story from everyone. Fake HR, fake promises, fake culture. Everything here revolves around appearances, not substance. Even their “we never ask anyone to leave” line is a joke — they’ll just push you indirectly until you give up on your own. Steyp isn’t a stepping stone — it’s a trap that drains your talent and confidence. If you value your skills, your peace of mind, and your dignity, don’t make the mistake of joining here.

Pros

I don't felt anything so good during the period

Cons

More into business aspects than technology. Selling same product to different audience through different ways (different platforms - so called startups).
