      Supportive management, good pay master. ethical culture.

      Cons

      lack of processes leads to conflicts. most of the employees are not mature enough and need to be macromanaged. everyone does not get treated equally, there are 'favorites'.

      Lots of great long time employees. Dedicated to customers and their product. Strength in the area of product information management, which is essentially legacy.

      Cons

      Continuous churn, reduction in force, lack of innovation and short-term focus.
