      Pros

      ▪ Some staff members are genuinely friendly and great to work with ▪ Organized social outings

      Cons

      ▪ The CEO and upper management seem friendly at first but a majority of people are very untrustworthy and disrespectful. ▪ Extremely high turnover rates - it's alarming ▪ Very low morale ▪ Poor/ non-existent training ▪ Customers frequently complain about StickerYou’s poor products ▪ StickerYou staff members are very cliquey To future applicants: don't waste your time applying to a job or interviewing here! You'll regret it.

      Pros

      The culture is amazing from the top down. I love the fun aspect of the business. They are also bringing their philanthropic endeavors to the forefront. I was excited to be a part of the The Night to Shine event where Stickeryou donated sticker sheets to all the attendees to decorate a cool water bottle.

      At first everybody seem nice but then you realize there is a lot of micromanagement and excessive control over employees.

      Nothing good to share on my experience.
