In the science community they are a joke. Poor animal ethics, poor work ethics, just a really horrible place to work if you have any self worth. If you keep your head down, do what you are told and do not ask questions or question the owner of the company then you will have a job for life. Company claims to be family oriented, but the only family they are looking out for is the Sables (the owner of the company and his kids who "work" there and working is used very loosely!. The human resource woman is HORRIBLE. She makes racist remarks and acts like she runs the company. Its bad especially if you have a problem with a coworker. There is no movement in the company and pay raises consist of 10 cents a year unless they like you and then it increase by 25 cents, if your lucky and you did not make the owner mad at you and the humane resource woman likes you then you get your raise. If they don't like you they come up with the most absurd reasons why your not getting a raise. Also the longer you work there the harder it is to get a job outside the company working in the same field. People see working there as a mark against your integrate and the longer you work there the more it really counts against you. Would of rated this place less than one star but could not rate that low. So much more i can say, but I hope people get the point.
