      nice office staff Food was cheap Close to shops Comfy seats

      Cons

      Management were awful, IT were useless Office cold and shouldn't be inhabitable - mold on ceiling, wallpaper peeling etc

      Can buy extra holidays if permanent or contract is the full year

      Cons

      When staff leave they don’t replace them they just expect you to work even more with no help. High sickness levels due to poor management.

      Great people, great place to learn with a lot of talented people. It really overshoots for such a small council.

      Cons

      Understaffed. Competing demands from public, elected officials and managers while barebone staff.
