The team welcomed new ideas and valued my contributions during brainstorming sessions. I learned how to use various tools for tracking user engagement and growth metrics. The mentorship provided by senior team members was very motivating and helped me understand growth strategies better.
Cons
A few projects had overlapping timelines, which made managing work a bit hectic. Some of the growth targets felt aggressive, which added pressure, though it was a good challenge overall.
