A lot of passive aggressiveness from white upper management and HR to their majority POC employees. Typical, however, of a company founded on being a culture vulture. A lot of turn over. Everyone I was hired with no longer works there, sans 3ish people. Our townhalls about equality used to be some of the most awkward meetings ever - I feel like the head of that team and the team were great, but the company never let them actually shine. You know why.
