- Great, like-minded team with lots of skills - Remote working - Lots of autonomy

- Sometimes bottlenecks can be created/workload is high but also the nature of a smaller team (which is one of the things I like too)

Super-intelligent management, who are also terrific/decent people - ideal bosses to have basically. Positive, flexible & supportive culture - makes work a pleasure. Everyone is passionate about what we're doing. Hard work & commitment are recognised & rewarded. Occasional human failings are forgiven, as long as they doesn't happen too often.

Would be good to see the company grow more, and broaden its scope - but all in due course no doubt. In a small company, obviously you accept that money isn't everything. Big companies may pay more, but I don't think they can come close to offering the non-financial rewards & overall happiness that you get from being part of a small and committed team like Stockopedia, and seeing the site just get better & better over time.
