I like the diversity of work to be done, the paid training opportunities, and the good pay.

Just like with any independent contractor group, the work is only as available as they are in the marketplace. That's just the life of an independent.

Good people with good values.

Poor leadership. Lack structure and direction. No understanding of how to partner with larger vendors. Sales "organization" is a joke. Zero vision or strategy on how to grow the business. Sales compensation plan is terrible- 1.5% of technical consulting sales- a joke. Overall sales compensation/salary is WELL below industry standard.
