Good initiatives stablishing a culture, trying to create a fun work environment People share knowledge and are in general hard-workers The company is growing a lot and have a nice infrastructure
Cons
No stability at all. Dozens of people are let go and don't even understand why. Top directors might not seem what is going on with the middle management of personal. A lot of great human resources are lost for petty personal reasons or bad micromanaging.
