Pros
I am going to start with the C.E.O. Zack genuinely tries to help his employees. He has a vested interested in bettering the people that work for him and that’s a admirable trait from the head of a company. I started off very raw to sales and he spent more time than needed to make sure I was ready for the field. Not only that when I had issues off the work he made non stop accommodations to make sure I was okay with my life not just the work. The work really teaches you to understand people and learn how to connect with people and really teaches the art of persuasion. The pay is either good. Or really good depending on the work you put in. The opportunity to work your way up is unmatched.
Cons
It’s a hard job. You’ll get a lot of no’s. With that, some days it’s easy to be on top of the world because you just made good money. And some days it’s really easy to get down on yourself. You have the opportunity to make upward of 800 dollars and sometimes more in one day but that comes with streaks of days where you just make hourly and those days you can really get down on yourself.
