Pros

1. You have the flexibility of working from home when you want to. 2. The biggest pro is the employees of this company. I will not lie when I say that they make work-life bearable.

Cons

1. The management has no idea how to manage the employees. 2. When faced with a problem they ask you to be the solution instead of them giving the solution (if I had the solution... there wouldnt be the need to go to management.) 3. Management favoritism. Oh to think people would be mature and treat everyone equally. Favoritism can be seen amongst certain management and employees. 4. There is no work life balance. The log out time is 7:30pm. You will receive a meeting invite at 8pm. 5. You will not even be appreciated for the good work you do in this company nor will you be appreciated for staying post working hours trying to get work done. 6. It is normalised for employees to leave office at 10 10:30. 7. The HR isnt really there for the employees, but more for the CEO's. 8. It is complete chaos, and it is the employees that help you get through the day and also come up with "solutions" 9. There is no proper recruitment for the positions needed. 10. They can't retain employees due to all these cons mentioned. No new employee sticks for more than 2 months.

Pros

As a newcomer to the industry, the team was incredibly helpful, patient, and provided thorough training. They encouraged me to approach tasks in creative ways and were open to new suggestions. One of the standout aspects of working there was their open-mindedness. They were always receptive to new ideas, especially when it came to refining processes and planning. I was given the flexibility to work in a way that suited my style. As someone who identifies as an introvert, I joined as a copywriter, but the team quickly identified that I had a knack for customer service. They encouraged me to take on new challenges and helped me transition into a brand manager role, pushing me outside my comfort zone and giving me the tools to sharpen my skills. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities they provided to help me grow. The team was young, vibrant, and full of fresh ideas, making it a fun and dynamic place to work. The company also planned regular non-work related activities, celebrations, and team-building events that brought us closer together and made the office a more enjoyable place to be. They are committed to their employees. In cases where clients were at fault, They always stood by us, which made me feel supported and confident when interacting with clients. The office location was another perk. It was easily accessible by train, auto, or cab, and there was parking available for those who preferred to drive. Additionally, there were plenty of places to grab food nearby, which was a major bonus for a snacker like me.

Cons

The only downside I would mention is that the work hours can be long, but this is a common challenge in the industry overall, not something unique to this company.
