      Pros

      They are in the industry for more than a decade.

      Cons

      Management does not have any idea to grow the company. President and Vice-president of the company treat employees as if they own them. You are expected to work on weekends. You are expected to be on-ste at 6 am and will be working upto 8 pm, most of the times. Management is not ready to take responsibility of their decisions and most of the times, they push the blame on to lower level engineering employees.

      Pros

      You get a steady pay check. The company is pretty strong financially (for now) for a company of their size.

      Cons

      Dishonest and enabling! Just about anything you say or do is considered acceptable as long as it "makes the company look good". A safe haven for illegal immigrants from the south and the east.
