Pros
The people at Stone Three have a great combination of great skill and knowledge, along with an approachable and kind nature. It is a pleasure working here and I would highly recommend this business, both to work for and to work with.
Cons
The business is still quite startup in its organisation and approach. This doesn't suit everyone, but I particularly enjoy this kind of 'can do' sometimes scrappy way of working. Some of their large clients can be very demanding and political, so working directly on client projects can expose you to very different company cultures to the culture of Stone Three.
