      Formerly known as Gain Capital group used pay for your food if you worked late

      Cons

      I don't know where to start, but it was a terrible working atmosphere and I noticed some of the same people who caused issues are still there. I'd assume they are unemployable for other organizations and stay with the company.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
