      Pros

      Lot of downtime with not a lot of work.

      Cons

      They was no direction from my manager. I was barely trained and not expected to do a lot of work. If you like working at your job, this is not the place for you. There is not a lot of real structure within the operations department.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
