- A lot people who are really out of their depth (being promoted from within) and not very good at their current jobs - Toxic work environment (small minority, but the senior management turns a blind eye to their behaviour and any discrimination towards other employees) - Senior leadership, despite the head office being relatively small do their best to distance themselves from anyone manager level and below - No career development within marketing
