Constantly cutting labour and expected to work well above your current salaried hours without extra pay. Zero support from Head office and not a caring working environment. Zero recognition from above. Taking labour from our bar to support other bars affecting sales & wondering why sales drop. No care about staff members mental health. The company has the potential to be amazing but someone needs to have a reassess of Head office and get back to basics
