      Pros

      Always got breaks, big management team, zero tolerance policy towards verbal abuse, cheap break food.

      Cons

      Disorganisation, lack of stock due to pressure from head office, frequently understaffed, overbooking by head office, premises needed structural repairs but nothing was done which endangered our safety. Strict till usage rules.

      Pros

      Good if you need a lot of hours immediately as weekend shifts are long and staff is always needed. 25% off at other Stonegate pubs.

      Cons

      Long shifts, split shifts, sometimes will finish work at 4am and have to be there at 10am. Pay is not good enough for the labour you do. Dealing with rude and drunk customers and sometimes witnessing violence on club nights.
