They try to pass themselves off as a family run business but that is long gone. Owners sold out and now run by a hedge fund that only cares about profit. I have seen loyal managers that have been there for 10 + years time now jumping ship. The entire c suite left. Unrealistic expectations for workload and the need to put in many hours over normal work hours.
