Pros

The role offers excellent flexibility and full remote working, allowing for a good work–life balance. I enjoy the independence and the trust placed in employees to manage their own workload effectively.

Cons

Sometimes guidance and training can be unclear, and you’re often expected to figure things out yourself. It can take time to learn who to contact or how certain processes work.

Pros

Great frontline staff. All supportive of one another.

Cons

Management is weak and full of yes-men. There is little leadership, no accountability, and no willingness to challenge poor decisions. Making mass redundancies while the company is already struggling makes no sense. Instead of fixing the real problems, management is cutting the people who actually keep the business running.

Pros

None anymore, used to be a great company

Cons

Redundancies galore!A lot of experienced and hard working staff let go off. If you have an opinion or even constructive feedback, dont bother giving any as this will hold you back in your career at Stonewater. If your face fits, you will be alright and get promoted even if you dont have a clue. Workloads are ridiculous, and stressful, cutting already over stretched teams have created more chaos. Contractors are useless and you spend majority of the day apologising for their failings. A lot of teams dont take ownership which means the customers suffers.
