None anymore, used to be a great company

Redundancies galore!A lot of experienced and hard working staff let go off. If you have an opinion or even constructive feedback, dont bother giving any as this will hold you back in your career at Stonewater. If your face fits, you will be alright and get promoted even if you dont have a clue. Workloads are ridiculous, and stressful, cutting already over stretched teams have created more chaos. Contractors are useless and you spend majority of the day apologising for their failings. A lot of teams dont take ownership which means the customers suffers.

Literally none run as far away as u possibly can

Management are useless and have sacked half there staff as they are "trying to restructure the company" was told from day 1 there was a bristol of they was just waiting "waiting for the WiFi to be installed" this was a complete lie. During the "consultation meeting" we was told not to think of it as people loosing there jobs it's just numbers. A meeting i have recorded
