Pros

The pay is very competitive. You will learn many transferable skills.

Cons

The hours that are expected of management are 60-70 per week and for some stores that is low end. You will be publicly humiliated by being yelled at for things that may or may not be your fault.

*flexible schedule *friendly environment *friendly coworkers in stores *proper recognition for hard working employees

Cons

The only issue I encountered with the company was that my manager at that specific store did not hire someone to fill my position as an opener when I had forewarned her about parting with the company. I had told them multiple times that my end date was a specific date and that after that I would be unavailable to work at the specific store.

Pros

Owner is great, people are nice and a lot to learn which will take you some time.

Cons

Extreme micromanagement from their VP of Marketing, extreme burnouts, constant threats everyday from their VP of marketing stating that they will terminate your employment if you don't be an expert from day 1.
