Pros
Rapid progression (I was working here 11 months and was promoted twice in that time). Company culture is fantastic, the CEO & VP of sales love to reward the staff (and come for the occasion drink with us all - when they aren't too busy). Received some great training, then it was a case of "the best way to learn is to pick up the phone" and I could not agree with this more. Everyone is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to help me. One thing that is repeatedly told to us is there "is no such thing as a stupid question". I was immediately made to feel like one of the team and cannot recommend this place enough.
Cons
You are expected to work hard (is that a con though?) Other than that, I have nothing bad to say - they recognized I was working hard and as such, fast tracked my career.
