      Pros

      Nice office Some nice co-workers

      Cons

      Very poor senior leadership Keep any improvement ideas to yourself, or you will be laid off in the next round. It all started to change with the new CEO (Hans), and there is not much left of the old good atmosphere. Very far away from people centric or respecting company. The values are nowadays just empty words.

      Communication and transparency are great. Expectations are clearly outlined, and your opinion for improving processes is valued.

      Cons

      Some coworkers may be too laid back, but I would contribute that to the overall flexible, friendly nature of the workplace, so not really a bad thing.
