Pros

Store Colleagues. Closed on football Sundays. Daytime Hours with a consistent schedule.

Very, very slim chance for an internal promotion from store level to Home Office. Absolutely NO accountability for the Regional Managers and their behaviors. Only family friendly when it benefits them. If you are sick, the Regional Manager will make you feel guilty for not going into work and infecting other employees. Then will retaliate against you. If you don't get along with your Regional Manager he will make sure you get fired. I had a situation where he told me that he had "planted evidence" at another location in our Region. If you are not a Regional Manager or above, your work is not recognized. You feel like a slave to the Regional, knowing at any time he can conspire against you until you quit because he makes you miserable. Directors have no idea what the Regional Managers are really doing or how they are mistreating their teams. If you are lower on the totem pole than a Regional Manager, your voice and concerns will not be heard or even considered when you do reach out. 99% of salaried positions are hired externally. There is no program or focus on developing internally. You are expected to answer calls from the call center 24 hours a day if their is an issue at a site you work at. You will never be compensated for this time, but will be held accountable if you don't answer the call. Regional Managers play favorites.

Good 401k matching. Above average income potential.

Cons

Micro managing and a new, very strict attendance policy for some departments.
