-Unfair pay -Little support from above management This company disappoints time and time again. Constant audits, people dropping in to complain yet they barely come round the nursery to introduce themselves or say hello. The nursery I worked at have lost a lot of staff in the 6 months and it continues. Storal don’t take responsibility for this and blame it onto others. After we received a good ofsted, we were told by someone above management that we were just ‘winging it.’ After all our hard work, we did not feel appreciated and felt as if we had been undermined by someone who pops into the nursery once in a blue moon. Policies and rules constantly changing, staff are expected to keep jumping through hoops. When I left the nursery I worked at, staff morale was so poor and it was really sad to see. I would never return to this company and do not recommend working there.
