I second the person here who wrote cult and nepotism.

Cons

poor time management all around. management sets a bad example so everyone is always late for everything. Employees find themselves at the office from 9 am-9 pm ( instead of instead of setting US working hours) somehow all the men have great reasons to get to work remotely or take vacations, while the women aren't getting the same treatment.

Your earnings are not capped. 100% remote..if it's not a scam.,..

Cons

Training doesn't cover downfalls, and nuances. You can lose a lot of time and money. The " system" keeps your hard earned cash via a combo task which can be 150% of your current earnings. If you can come up with the money, bye bye to your hard earned funds and your employment.... You communicate with CS through a third party system telegram. Everything is done via cryptocurrency. You recharge and send them Bitcoin, but get paid via Litecoin...constantly need to update address with them.
