Benefits- but they're mid Pay- Decent but only because of contract payments at the actual Kennedy Space Center site. Direct management- Amazing. Loved our manager. She actually cared about staff and tried to resolve issues to the best of her ability before corporate tied her hands.

All of corporate honestly. Think they know better than staff who had been on site for years. Didn't listen to site manager and went around her for promotions and hiring that ended badly. Tried to scam employees out of commission multiple times. Very cliquey and favoritist. If you didnt suck up they wouldnt like you no matter how nice or willing to work with them you were.
